After 10 years of speaking and writing about relationships, Ranee Alison Spina was compelled to bring personal health and wellness to the attention of her audiences. In 2010, she went back to school for a graduate degree in Health Education. Her speaking and coaching programs support her belief that optimal wellness includes a healthy lifestyle and healthy relationships – both personal and professional.

After suffering for years from undiagnosed Celiac, Ranee now assists restaurants with gluten-free menus and staff training. She is a consultant for personal product manufacturers to ensure their products are providing healthier alternatives for consumers. Ranee also has a degree in Marketing & Consumer Behavior.
